Re: Steve A's New York Adventures
I want among lot's of other stuff, some Gramophone/Parlour type music. The early 1900's music that sounds like they are singing through a megaphone. Tiny Tim was perfect for this kind of music.

Re: Steve A's New York Adventures
glad you enjoyed your visit here Steve.. sounds like ya had a great time!
speaking of old records.. we have a couple of boxes of the VERY thick early Edison records..some say demos... found in the attic of my fathers house in Queens when he moved.. we figure the guy before him pre-1955 may have worked with Edison?? hehe
next time Steve!

Re: Steve A's New York Adventures
There's a song I always wanted to get. It's from a Clint Eastwood movie. He plays a desert cop that gets sent to NYC to hunt down a murder suspect. I forget offhand the movie title, but he walks into a nite-club (understand this movie in late 60's ) and there's all these psychodelic lites and girls in mini'skirts dancing with dudes with vests and handlebar mustaches. Anyway, the song playing was PIGEON-TOED ORANGE PEEL. It was the worst attempt at some Hollywood director to score a song that he considered hip for the times. It is the worst song EVER ( and that includes Yoko's offerings ).
